Disbursement rate of public investment in the first 4 months of the year is estimated at 35% of the plan, ranked in the top and higher than the national average (18.48%).
There are still challenges
Although many important achievements have been recorded, the potential and advantages of geographical location have not been brought into play due to the limitation of inter-regional transport infrastructure. The province does not have a clear orientation for marine economic development.
The province has not yet discovered the population and human potential properly, the development of high-quality human resources and skilled workers is still limited.
The agricultural sector is changing slowly, not commensurate with the potential, tradition and conditions for agricultural development. The construction of concentrated raw material areas and large-scale commodity production areas and livestock husbandry in the chain link is not much. Attracting foreign direct investment is still limited.
