Dan Tri reported, on May 10, news from the People’s Committee of Vien An Dong commune, Ngoc Hien district, Ca Mau province said that the authorities are investigating to clarify a body Floating in the river for unknown reasons.
Specifically, at about 3pm on May 8, Mrs. Ta Thi D. went to catch crabs in a small canal located in Vien An Dong commune when she discovered a strange object floating on the water, suspected to be a human body.

Mrs. D. went home and told her husband about the incident. At about 5:00 p.m. on the same day, Ms. D.’s husband and local people ran a motorboat to the scene to check and found a decomposed body wearing black clothes and shoes.
