Similar to Mr. Hoang Huy Tuan, drinking water production enterprises also fell into this situation. Mr. Tuan said he has continuously recruited new human resources for the stages of packing and unloading goods, but very few people applied.
The reason, according to Mr. Tuan, is that many businesses have a need to recruit workers, so job seekers have more options, leading to a fragmented opportunity to recruit human resources.
“Many large orders but lack of workers causes workers to work overtime and speed up work, so we also want to recruit more people to share with each other. However, recruiting people today is very difficult, not as easy as many years ago,” Tuan said.
