Kenzo presents the final collection in conjunction with NIGO-Fashion Trends

Kenzo has officially released the fourth and final limited edition NIGO collection for Spring/Summer 2022.

This collection rounds out NIGO’s second catwalk collection for the fashion house and continues to emphasize the poppy floral motif. His final capsule collection continues with the poppy floral motif that was once the main illustration in Kenzo Takada’s archives. NIGO reimagines the floral motif and pays homage to the fashion brand’s heritage by carefully applying it to two wardrobes of classic garments.

The collection is gender-neutral and features a cotton Hawaiian shirt emblazoned with the poppy flower logo and comfortable-fit t-shirts made from soft, poppy-patterned fabric. a single form on the back. All poppy floral prints are also seen on shorts or skirts paired with Hawaiian shirts. A series of t-shirts also see a single poppy flower appear on the pockets and on the back pockets of denim shorts. The main colors in the entire collection are white, black, navy and pink.

The final collection further demonstrates NIGO’s ability to combine his understanding of motifs in Japanese with the fashion house’s contemporary vision. The fourth and final collection arrives May 6 in stores and online at Kenzo.
