‘Piece the cake to pay’ while wearing a condom still has a social disease

Despite being conscious of wearing a condom when having sex with a prostitute, many men still suffer heavy consequences because of their physiological “secret” minutes.

Having a cough that didn’t go away for a long time, Mr. Nguyen QN (29 years old, Hanoi) went to the doctor. He was dumbfounded when the doctor diagnosed him with oral gonorrhea – the result of 2 times “peeling and paying”.

Mr. N. said he had a cough, sore throat and when he looked in the mirror, he saw many white spots in his throat. He also thinks he has sequelae from Covid-19 more than a month ago. However, the test result was oral gonorrhea – a sexually transmitted disease.

When the doctor asked his wife to go to the doctor, Mr. N. confessed that his pregnant wife had to abstain from sex. During the time his wife was pregnant, there was a secret relationship “peeling the cake to pay” because it was too “secret”. The patient also confirmed that sex itself is safe when using a condom. However, Mr. N. revealed that he did not use a “raincoat” during oral sex.

He also peeled off the cake to pay with a condom, but after only 3 months, Mr. CT (Ha Dong, Hanoi) suffered from genital warts. Mr. T. said that he and his wife have been separated for nearly a year now. Because he was so “secret”, he chose to “eat pho when hungry”. When having sex with a prostitute, he is also aware that he must wear a condom to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.

However, after a while, he found his penis appeared uncomfortable acne. Mr. T. went online to find out that it was similar to warts. Because he was so scared, he went to the doctor. The doctor found that at the base of the penis, the genital scrotum had many nodules and tested it, the results were positive for the HPV virus that causes genital warts, if not treated thoroughly, this virus will greatly affect the health of men. It even causes cancer of the penis and pharynx.

BSCK II Nguyen Quang Cu – Specialist in Orthopedics, An Viet General Hospital, said that the patient was very worried. Both of them had relations with prostitutes. Although they are aware of the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases, they do not come to the place to hide.

Gonorrhea can be transmitted through oral sex if a woman has the bacteria in her mouth.

Even wearing condoms still get genital warts because condoms cannot cover the entire body of the penis. When a woman’s secretions contain the virus, it can still attack the base of the penis, the lining of the scrotum and anus.

This is why there are people who have carefully put on “raincoats” but still receive bitter fruit because of unsafe sex.

Doctor Cu advises the patient.

Gonorrhea is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. According to Dr. Cu, this is an infection caused by gonorrhea bacteria with the scientific name Neisseria gonorhea. The disease usually appears 2-3 days (sometimes only after 1 day, sometimes up to 10 days) after having intercourse with an infected person.

In men, it is common to see pus discharge in the urethra, difficulty urinating, cloudy or bloody urine. In women, there is a lot of discharge like white pus, difficulty urinating.

Dr. Cu also added that genital warts are a common sexually transmitted disease caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). The disease occurs in both men and women, but is more common in women due to the favorable vaginal environment for bacteria to grow. Complications of syphilis are very complex.

After entering the body, the HPV virus will have an incubation period of several months to several years. The disease has symptoms such as raised nodules or small papules, pink or pink-white papillomas. Initial size from 1 to 2 mm, then gradually enlarge, grow up to form large masses like broccoli or chicken crest, usually painless.

The density is usually soft, the surface is rough. This papilloma is dry or wet, with a foul-smelling discharge due to superinfection. Sometimes there are only a few individual lesions but often concentrated in clusters.

In men, the most common sites of appearance are the glans, glans sulcus, the inner surface of the foreskin, the winning cord region, the body of the penis, the skin of the scrotum, the groin, the buttocks, and the thighs. Lesions can also occur inside the foramen, urethra; anal or perianal canal; oral mucosa.

To prevent diseases, Dr. Cu recommends being faithful from both sides when you know for sure that both of you do not have sexually transmitted diseases.

When having unprotected sex, use condoms correctly, do not have unsafe sex such as oral, anal sex…
