The two hosts selected for the Opening Ceremony were MC Phi Linh and MC Duc Bao. According to Ms. Ly Ly, these are two MCs with theatrical skills proven through major events and able to speak fluently in both Vietnamese and English.
The Vietnamese sports delegation attended the 31st SEA Games with 1,341 members, competing in 40 subjects, with 526 contents, aiming to achieve 140 gold medals or more., into the top group of participating countries. In which, Hanoi has 67 coaches and 303 athletes convened in national sports teams. Hanoi strives to contribute one third of the medals of the Vietnam Sports Delegation at the 31st SEA Games.
