A woman named Katie Hampson, 27 years old, has had heavy bleeding since the 8th week, the doctor diagnosed it as a subchondral cyst.

After birth, the baby was named Elsie carrying all the hopes of the parents. Doctors told 32-year-old Katie Hampson and her husband Rob that the baby’s chance of survival was only 5 percent. Even after defeating death, Elsie is severely disabled.

The baby is in special care in an incubator, fortunately when he grows miraculously. Katie Hampson said at the time of Elsie’s birth, doctors said there was no longer any hope of saving the baby’s life. It was a shock. Before Elsie was taken to the intensive care unit, the couple Katie Hampson only had a few seconds to look at the baby.

“My daughter was tiny then, her skin was almost see-through, I prayed a lot,” the mother shared.

After 70 days in hospital, the baby was 6 kg, much healthier than before. Almost five months after giving birth, Elsie was well enough and sent home for the first time. Currently, Elsie is 10 months old and lives with her parents in their own home in Rochdale, Greater Manchester.

Katie Hampson said: “It was a horrible time. I didn’t know if I would lose Elsie or not. I was worried a lot.
