The victim in the case of being threatened, posting pictures on social networks is Ms. TTT (a union official working at Bac Dong Phu Industrial Park, Binh Phuoc province).

According to Ms. T’s presentation, on May 9, she suddenly received a call from an unknown number asking if she was a union official. When Ms. T asked if anything was wrong, the caller said that 2 workers working at the company borrowed money and asked Ms. T. to tell the workers to pay them.

“At first they talked politely, so I said to check if the two workers above worked at the company and borrowed money, I would report back,” recalled Ms. T.

However, just a few minutes later, another strange number called to curse and threaten, read the date of birth and the name of Ms. T’s relative. This object threatened: ”If you don’t support us in debt collection, Your relatives should be careful.” Even the subject threatened to kill the husband and child of the female union official.

Seeing the subjects talking threateningly, Ms. T turned off the phone. The subjects then attached false images and information to insult her on social networks.

Specifically, the subject of a jigsaw puzzle between Ms. T. and a male worker who took out a black credit loan and made up a story that Ms. T. solicited and robbed other people’s husbands.

The subjects then used the images and attached information on and then went to the Facebook of the workers in the company to comment.

Regarding the above case, two workers confirmed that they had loan sharks from a financial company. One person borrowed 50 million, but paid both principal and interest of 65 million, paid it off from 2020. Another worker borrowed 40 million and paid more than 30 million, still in the repayment period. Both of these workers confirmed that they did not fill in the contact information of a female union official named T.

The Binh Phuoc Provincial Labor Confederation, said that the above black credit collection seriously affected the life and honor of female full-time trade union officials in foreign-invested enterprises.

A representative of the Propaganda Department of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit has reported the incident to relevant agencies. At the same time, he asked the police to protect female trade union officials.

The local police are currently investigating.
