“Actually, this decision comes from the fact that my family is living in an apartment in District 4, due to the nature of work, I have many relationships, partners, friends or go to houses to exchange. But the main house space is not too large because of a lot of furniture, guests coming to the house to play have to clean up again, a bit inconvenient. Moreover, my family also needs privacy, so I decided to buy a new house, then renovate, save space for work as well as have an extra place to rest.“, Hien shared.

Initially, the construction party chose tile for the kitchen, but because Hien was not satisfied, Hien changed it to wood paneling.

The total cost of renovation took about 400 million, building and renovating the ceiling and wall more than 100 million, the remaining money focused on the quality of the interior.
