Accelerating the progress of site clearance at large park projects

Large projects such as commercial centers, Park entertainment… always creates a boon to the real estate market and changes the face of urban areas in the locality. However, a number of major projects in Hanoi have not yet been completed. Recently, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi People’s Council held a meeting related to the investment in a number of large parks in the area. Localities are also currently looking for ways to accelerate the progress of these projects.

According to the plan, Kim Quy Park, in Dong Anh district, Hanoi has a total area of ​​about 100 hectares and an investment of over 10,000 billion VND. In fact, a few years ago, when there was information about the implementation of this project, real estate investors and people in the capital were very much looking forward to it. Clearance is still the biggest bottleneck in this project.

The representative of the investor said that if the difficulties are removed, the enterprise will deploy and put the park into operation within 2 years from the date of issuance of the license.

Chairman of Dong Anh district said that at present, the district has begun to carry out two parallel jobs, which are both supporting businesses to immediately deploy the project, and clearing the rest of the site. It is known that the remaining 3% of land is cemetery land.

After completion, Kim Quy Park will be operated in the direction of an open park, visitors will not have to pay an entrance fee, but only have to pay for the games or services they use.

The rapid completion of the above entertainment and recreation projects, which are assessed by experts, will help reduce the load on Hanoi’s inner city and promote local socio-economic development.
