Acne Studios is back with the latest collection for its alternative series.

Originating in 2021, the new line reflects past collections to transform surplus textiles into new collections.

Titled Seasons 7 & 8, the latest collection continues this mission by reinventing woven fabrics from silk, jersey, fleece and denim. With a finely crafted aesthetic, pieces of the collection include doodle-like drawings on paper, stick figures, and abstract phrases on pieces like jersey t-shirts, fleece sweaters, tops and tops. silk shirt and jeans. To further recycle these fabrics, the clothes go through intricate shaping steps to create an old, vintage look.

The collection comes to life with soothing shades of pink, purple, light gray and light blue. A cream and wheat patchwork bomber jacket along with a white Nappa leather tank top are the highlights of the collection.

Olu Odukoya, an artist and creative director who is in charge of the campaign, said: “What struck me about the collection was that it was designed with social conscience and with many good intentions in mind. “All of these clothes are designed to be worn by anyone, regardless of gender or identity. For me, that feeling is really modern, strong and playful and that’s what youth is all about.”
