The inspection team worked with 2 pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park I, An Phu ward, Thuan An city, including: Stellapharm Joint Venture Co., Ltd. – Branch 1, Address: 40 Dai Dai Tu Do Highway, Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park I, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province and Boston Vietnam Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Address: No. 43, Road 8, Vietnam Industrial Park South – Singapore I, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.
Through inspection, both companies have presented full legal documents related to the production and trading of pharmaceuticals and health foods according to regulations: Investment certificate, Certificate of branch operation registration, Certificate of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP); Certificate of eligibility for pharmacy business, pharmacy practice certificate of the person in charge of pharmacy expertise and the person in charge of quality assurance of the establishment, Certificate of eligibility for safety food.
At the same time, present Decision No. 69/QD-QLD dated February 17, 2022 of the Drug Administration of Vietnam – Ministry of Health on promulgating the list of 03 domestically produced drugs that are granted circulation registration certificates in Vietnam – Phase 174 and other related papers.
