Initial inspection results show that the carvings are over 1,000 years old, a number that is staggering given the sophistication and scale of the carvings. The owners of the carvings are Native Americans, who have lived here for centuries and possess unique civilizations before the arrival of Europeans.

This cave was first discovered in 1998 but so far has not had a name, temporarily called “unnamed cave number 19”. The cave has more than 5 km of underground passages. The newly discovered carvings are located in a large compartment of this underground system.
