Along with that, training institutions take more time to update candidates’ study results for admission, some training institutions use learning results for pre-qualification without accurate data, leading to a shortage of students. There are quite a few mistakes in the selection process.

To overcome the above inadequacies, the draft Regulation on Admissions 2022 regulates the implementation of general virtual filtering of all admission methods in the first round of admissions.

“This does not affect the autonomy of training institutions, schools can still consider admission early and announce the list of eligible candidates (except for high school graduation requirements) to candidates. Schools are autonomous and responsible for admission, deciding on admission scores and uploading them to the system for virtual filtering. Candidates can still apply for admission and know their chances of being admitted to many schools (doesn’t reduce the candidate’s chances of being admitted). Director emphasized.

In fact, the Ministry’s system does not consider admissions, but only supports the arrangement of candidates’ aspirations based on their priorities, in order to choose the highest aspiration that can be admitted. Candidates can still register for an unlimited number of aspirations, and they are admitted with the highest aspirations. At the same time, it helps schools to accurately forecast the number of admissions due to the maximum reduction in the number of virtual candidates.

Schools are completely proactive in organizing early admission with different methods (before candidates take the high school graduation exam), but they have to wait until candidates have graduation results to announce the winners. recruiting and asking candidates to confirm admission.

With the regulations on the general request processing and virtual filtering system as in this year’s draft regulation, the general admission schedule for the first round has remained essentially unchanged compared to previous years.

The director general added that the Ministry of Education and Training’s policy of building and applying a software to register admissions aspirations to be able to filter the general virtualization of the Ministry of Education and Training is supported by most universities.
