Vietnam Tel will have an international friendly match against Afghanistan on June 1 at Thong Nhat Stadium (HCMC).
To prepare for this match, Vietnam Tel under the guidance of head coach Park Hang-seo will reunite on May 25 in Hanoi. It is expected that the team will have 2 days of practice at the stadium of the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center before moving to Ho Chi Minh City on May 28.
The Afghanistan team – Vietnam’s opponent in the upcoming international friendly match – is in good form recently. Notably, they have beaten Indonesia twice in a row under the guidance of coach Shin Tae-young with a score of 3-2 and 1-0 in a friendly match in May and November 2021.
