Arrest suspect using gun to rob a bank in Hai Phong

The suspect arrested is Dao Anh Tuan, SN 1973.

As reported, around 3pm on the same day, there was a robbery at VietinBank Lach Tray branch, Ngo Quyen district.

At that time, a tall young man, dressed in black, with a mask on his face broke into the office of the transaction office. The subject was holding a gun and pointed it at the employee to control and rob the property.

At this time, the bank staff sat down in the area under the front desk to ensure safety.

The authorities blocked the transaction and asked the bank to suspend the transaction to serve the investigation.

A representative of VietinBank Hai Phong confirmed that the subject who entered the bank carried a suspected gun to intimidate employees. The suspect appeared in the counter in a very short time and then exited immediately, so the bank preserved the assets.
