Bank robbery suspect arrested
Hai PhongDao Anh Tuan, 45 years old, was arrested after 4 hours with a gun and burst into Vietin Bank Hai Phong branch to threaten the tellers with the intention of robbing property.

Tuan entered the bank at 15:10 on 11/5, hastily run away when the alarm goes off. The 45-year-old suspect was taken by his accomplice on a motorbike waiting at the beginning of Lane 72 Lach Tray, about 50 meters from the scene, to escape. The bank has not lost its assets.

Through extracting the bank’s security cameras as well as the cameras of households along the road, the Hai Phong Criminal Police Department and Ngo Quyen District Police identified the identity and arrested Tuan at 19:30 on the same day at his home.
