According to Ms. Hanh, earlier in a meeting with the People’s Committee of Dak Lak province, the leader of this province had directed to enforce all the above illegally built houses in the period from March to June 2022.

Ms. Hanh also said that the unit as well as the People’s Committee of Cu Kuin district had many meetings with the people and propagated for these households to dismantle themselves, but no one complied, so they were forced to force them.

“Because people don’t dismantle it themselves, the entire dismantling fee will be fully responsible for the violation by the people,” Hanh added.

According to information from the People’s Committee of Cu Kuin District, this enforcement will be carried out from May 27 to May 31.

Previously, as Infonet reported, Viet Thang Coffee Company (belonging to Vietnam Coffee Group) was leased more than 962.5 hectares of land by the People’s Committee of Dak Lak Province in Buon Ma Thuot City and Cu Kuin District.
