In March 2021, TVT Company entered into a partnership with Nam Thanh Co., Ltd. to win the package “Repair low voltage power grid after Dai Cuong 5 substation, Phu De – Kim Bang Electricity”. The winning price is more than 2.8 billion VND, the work of TVT Company is nearly 1.75 billion VND.

By 1/2022, TVT Company won the package “Construction and repair of electricity grid in 2022 in Duy Tien town” with the price of 4.31 billion VND.

But then, due to busy work, Mr. Lam withdrew and is no longer a shareholder of TVT Company. Next, Mr. Lam also asked Ms. Van to withdraw capital (Ms. Van holds 14.16% of the capital of TVT Company), no shares in this company.
