The National Council for Education and Human Resource Development is an advisory organization that helps the Prime Minister to direct the assessment and review of the innovation career in the fields of education, training and human resource development; directing the implementation of the Law on Education, the Law on Higher Education, the Law on Vocational Education, the Structural Framework of the National Education System, the National Education Qualifications Framework, the education and vocational education development strategies. major projects approved by the Prime Minister with contents on education and training innovation.

The Council also studies and advises the Government and the Prime Minister in directing, administering and deciding on important policies and measures to continue to fundamentally and comprehensively innovate education and training. vocational education and human resource development.

In addition, researching, consulting and giving opinions on the development and implementation of important mechanisms, policies and projects in the fields of education, training, vocational education and other professional issues. requested by the Prime Minister.

The National Council for Education and Human Resource Development operates under the Operational Regulations promulgated by the Prime Minister. The Ministry of Education and Training is the permanent body of the Council, performing the tasks specified in the Regulations on the operation of the Council.

The Council has an assisting agency which is the Council’s Office located at the Ministry of Education and Training, established by the decision of the Minister of Education and Training and promulgated the organization and operation regulations. The Council Office is staffed by civil servants under the Ministry of Education and Training, working on a full-time, part-time or seconded basis.
