At 23:00 on January 8, at Bac Son motel (Bac Son ward, Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province), police forces arrested Nguyen Van Nam. Searching the suspect’s body and residence, the police force seized 2 guns, 40 bullets, 1 motorbike, 1 phone and 1.2 billion VND (800 million VND when searching the motel and 400 million dong is buried in the back garden).
At the end of January 2022, the Hai Phong City Police Investigation Agency prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused and detained Nguyen Van Nam for 4 months for investigation on the crime of “robbery”.
At the same time, the Hai Phong City Police Investigation Agency also issued a decision to prosecute the accused, arresting Tran Thi Thu Thuy (Nam’s girlfriend) for 2 months for 2 months to investigate the behavior of “Having harbored and consumed assets”. property obtained by another’s crime”.
