According to the schedule, tonight 12/5, the opening ceremony of the largest sports event in Southeast Asia SEA Games 31 will officially take place at My Dinh Stadium (Hanoi). The opening ceremony will include many grand scenes combined with high-tech stage effects, promising to bring emotions and pride with traditional Vietnamese iconic images.
At the 31st SEA Games event, MC Duc Bao is the only male MC trusted by the BTC to be the host of the closing and opening program. Duc Bao is one of the few MCs in Vietnam who is able to host bilingual programs well, including many big events from politics to culture and entertainment.
Duc Bao shared: “I knew I became the MC for both the opening and closing nights of the 31st SEA Games after a phone call from director Hoang Cong Cuong, there was no casting, no contest. Perhaps the impression from my previous collaborations, as well as the milestones in my career, resonated enough for the organizers to know that I was a bilingual MC who made this choice.”Besides, Duc Bao also revealed that the program’s general director – Meritorious Artist Tran Ly Ly shared that the selection of MC to host the SEA Games was very strict, requiring many factors.
