There are rare passengers who don’t know how to fly but change the pilot to land the plane

Radio CNN said the pilot of the plane planes lost control, forcing the above passenger to assist.

According to the recording of the LiveATC.net site, the radio station CNN obtained, the passenger told the air traffic controller that he did not know how to fly the plane: “I have a serious situation here. The pilot has a problem and I don’t know how to fly the plane”.

The air traffic controller then directed him to land, eventually landing at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida.

“Try to keep the wings balanced and see if he can start descending. Push the controller forward and down at a really slow speed” – said the air traffic controller. “Try to fly north or south along the coast. We’re trying to locate you.”

In additional recordings captured by LiveATC.net, an air traffic controller can be heard telling other planes what happened: “People just witnessed the passenger landing on that plane.”

“You said passengers landed the plane? Good job”. – American Airlines pilot waiting to take off to Charlotte, North Carolina – USA, exclaimed in surprise.

The two were on board a single-engine Cessna 208 when the pilot “may have a medical problem”, according to the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The pilot’s condition is unknown.

The FAA announced it has opened an investigation.
