At the police station, Y Tong initially admitted that on the afternoon of May 11, this person went to NVP’s room (at 61 Tue Tinh, Ea Tam ward) to play and eat. After drinking, the two invited each other to play billiards and continued drinking.

Late on the same day, NVP left, and Y Tong wandered around in the area of ​​Le Duan Street. At this time, the subject met Mrs. T. (who had psychotic symptoms, ran away from home) and had the intention to rape.

At this time, Y Tuong held a brick by the roadside and hit her head repeatedly, making Mrs. T. unconscious. Not stopping, Y Tong also dragged the victim into alley 231 Le Duan (3m away from the beating place) to commit rape, then hid.

According to the investigative agency, Y Tong previously had two criminal convictions for “rape” and “robbery” with a prison term of up to 11 years and was only released at the end of 2021.
