Duc Bao and Phi Linh – 2 MCs take on the role of leading the opening ceremony of the 31st SEA Games on the evening of May 12. The two MCs had a pretty good combination. The audience was especially impressed with MC Duc Bao’s fluent English translation for more than 90 minutes.

In particular, Duc Bao had a “show of talent” performance to greet 11 indigenous languages ​​​​of 11 ASEAN countries to show respect to the athletes’ delegations of the countries in their mother tongues.

MC Duc Bao shared: “I am extremely excited when I greet 11 languages ​​according to the native languages ​​of 11 countries participating in SEA Games 31. This is the idea of ​​Editor Hoang Linh – a member of the translation team for the script. . Hoang Linh and I had to talk a lot to be able to read languages ​​correctly. These greetings are all the first time I learn. I have spent a lot of effort to have this greeting with all the hospitality, the pride that the Vietnamese people welcome international friends. I think I did well.”

Before the opening ceremony took place, in the afternoon (May 12), Hanoi suddenly appeared a big storm. This made the crew of the opening ceremony of the 31st SEA Games extremely worried.

MC Duc Bao revealed: “SEA Games 31 went smoothly. 1 hour before the opening time, it was still raining and the whole team was still busy preparing for 3D mapping. In particular, general director Tran Ly Ly and director Hoang Cong Cuong put a lot of effort into bringing a performance that exceeded the expectations of international friends as well as that of Vietnam. And fortunately, when what we prepared, calculated and prayed for, it went as expected.
