SEA Games gold medal is still begging “debt to mother and son-in-law”

On the morning of May 13, Duong Thuy Vi won the gold medal at the 31st SEA Games in women’s swordsmanship with a total score of 9.70. This is Thuy Vi’s 5th gold medal after participating in the SEA Games.

Sharing after winning the gold medal, Thuy Vi said: “Winning this gold medal is a bit special to me as this is my first time attending the SEA Games at home. In my content, there are many athletes of my age range. Mine is out of competition and there are a lot of young athletes coming up.

I highly appreciate young athletes and face many difficulties when it has been 3 years without being able to compete in international tournaments.

However, up to this point, I have won the gold medal and I can temporarily rest a bit to save energy for tomorrow to continue working hard.”

Despite turning 29 years old, Thuy Vi is still unmarried. Talking about this, Thuy Vi laughed while sharing: “I think now is not the time for me to “pay the mother-in-law”. I can’t decide this, when I get married, everyone will know immediately.” ./.
