It is known that this plane belonging to Tibet Airlines was preparing to depart from Chongqing to the capital Lhasa of the Tibet Autonomous Region (China). During the flight, the plane veered off the runway and burst into flames.
According to the image recorded in the clip, many passengers who were evacuated from the plane were extremely frightened when they saw the scene of black smoke rising from the direction of the plane in front of their eyes.

Immediately after the incident, Tibet Airlines released an official statement about the incident. Thereby, the crew noticed unusual signs on the runway, so they canceled take-off and evacuated 113 passengers and 9 crew members in time.
The airline statement also said that about 40 passengers suffered minor injuries and were immediately taken to the nearest hospital for examination and treatment.
On Weibo, Jiangbei International Airport said the fire broke out from the left side of the plane, then spread to the nose of the plane. Currently, Chongqing airport is back to normal operation at 10:30 am.
