Leaders of HCDC also added that as of noon on May 12, Ho Chi Minh City had 1,283 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease. Calculating by number of cases, the week increased by 4 times compared to the average of previous weeks, but compared with the same period last year, it is still low, down 85%.
