“The thru bridges did their best, and I’m grateful to them for that. But from now on, the team will have to improve its organization to be able to play the next two games. Because if we go through the semi-finals, we will be together. We will try our best, and focus the most for the next match, in the semi-finals,” the Korean leader said at the post-match press conference.
A somewhat tough victory over Timor Leste helped Vietnam get 10 points from four matches, ranking first in Group A, 9 points more than Indonesia in second place. The team will determine the opponent in the semi-finals after the last match of Group B will be played at Thien Truong Stadium tomorrow May 16.
