Before that, at noon of the same day, the authorities received news that it happened at Hoang Thanh New Materials Construction Co., Ltd. Immediately after, 8 fire engines and dozens of officers and soldiers were quickly mobilized to the scene to put out the fire.

At the scene, the fire area has a scale of 1 floor, steel frame structure with corrugated iron roof, containing packaging, plastic containers, sika, cement … with a construction area of ​​more than 900m2.

Firefighters deployed fire fighting noses and prevented the fire from spreading to neighboring residential areas, and at the same time coordinated with forces to organize traffic flow and ensure security and order in the area where the fire occurred.

After nearly 1 hour of trying to fight the fire, the Fire and Rescue Police managed to control and prevent the fire from spreading to the factory area and neighboring houses, protecting 300m2 of the factory.

More than 13h12 on the same day, the fire was basically extinguished, the units continued to deploy water spray to cool and extinguish. According to initial statistics, the total area of ​​​​the fire is about 600m2 .

Many machines and properties were burned down

According to the Hanoi City Police, this is a work violating fire prevention and fighting regulations and was decided by the Dan Phuong District Police to suspend operations before the fire broke out.

Initially, the fire did not cause any loss of life, the cause is being clarified.

Previously, on May 1, despite being suspended from operation, the plywood workshop of Hai Nam Co., Ltd. (Gia Lam, Hanoi) was still deliberately producing and a big fire broke out. The fire damaged 800m2 of the factory and caused no injuries.

According to Hanoi City Police, Hai Nam Co., Ltd. committed violations on fire prevention and fighting (not yet verified, approved, and put into operation). Gia Lam district police issued a decision to temporarily suspend the warehouse area, the factory where a fire broke out in Hainan Co., Ltd. from July 23, 2021 and issued a decision to suspend operations from October 8 / 2020. 2021.

Before the time of the fire, Hai Nam Co., Ltd. continued to operate production despite the decision to suspend the operation of the functional forces.
