Hung is a subject with many previous convictions for property theft, so he is very cunning and sophisticated when dealing with authorities.
To commit his crime, Hung colluded with Le Thai Phi (SN 2002, residing in Nghi Lien commune, Vinh city) and Nguyen Xuan Hoang (SN 2004, residing in Nghi Van commune, Nghi Loc district) using Using motorbikes to travel on roads inside and outside the vicinity, when discovering that people’s houses have loopholes in motorbikes, they lose their vigilance, they immediately find a way to break into the stolen cars, sell them, and take money. personal consumption.
Faced with that situation, the Nghi Loc district police established a special case to fight and clarify.
After a period of investigation, at about 1 a.m. on May 13, 2022, the Criminal, Economic and Drug Crime Investigation Police Team and the Police of Quan Hanh Town, the Police of Nghi Tien and Nghi Yen Communes , Nghi Xa, Nghi Thuan co-chaired and coordinated with Nghi Dong and Nghi Phuong communes (under the Nghi Loc District Police) to successfully break the property theft project, arresting 3 subjects Dao Duy Hung, Le Thai Phi and Nguyen Xuan Hoang.
Artifacts seized by the police include 05 motorbikes, 03 vans to break motorbike locks, 06 mobile phones, and more than 10 million dong in cash.
Initially, the subjects admitted that from the beginning of December 2021 up to now, they have caused over 06 cases of motorbike theft in the areas of Nghi Loc district and Vinh city with a total loss of over 200 million VND.
Currently, the project is being investigated and clarified by the Nghi Loc District Police.
