Lucky to have the content of mixed doubles is also the strength of the two brothers, so I’m very happy.”

With the classic men’s singles content, Vietnamese bodybuilder unfortunately could not get the highest achievement when athlete Nguyen Minh Tien won the silver medal. Athlete Mohd Mahen from Malaysia excelled to take the top spot.

However, with winning two gold medals in three events, Vietnam’s bodybuilding closed the day of competition successfully.

About the upcoming goal, Mr. Cao Minh Tuan, coach of the Vietnam Fitness Team, said that the team is preparing in July to attend the Asian tournament in the Maldives and continue the World Championship in Thailand. There are some athletes nearby that have not been released because the medal set of bodybuilding is 20 sets but Southeast Asia only has 10 sets, he hopes the next SEA GAMES will have more content.

Thus, at the end of Bodybuilding at Sea Games 31, the Vietnam Bodybuilding Team won a total of 5 gold medals after 3 days of competition, exceeding the initial target.
