A group of young people who use drugs are very young and rent a room in a hotel to use drugs.
Today (May 12), Hai Ha district police, Quang Ninh said that they had just discovered and arrested nine young men and women who gathered and organized the illegal use of drugs at a Minh Duc hotel.
Here, the functional force checked room 403 playing high volume music and discovered 9 male and female subjects showing signs of drug use.
Male subjects include: N.Đ.T, TMD, PHP, HXT, NVD and Đ.TD (same SN 2004 and resides in Hai Ha district). The young men discussed and contributed money to buy 4 ecstasy pills, 3 grams of ketamine, and then invited 3 women, TKL, NAT, LTTL (all born in 2005, residing in Hai Ha district) to rent a hotel to fly.
At the time of the inspection, the police force seized a plastic bag with white powder and many tools for the subjects to use for collective drug use.
Hai Ha district police are completing documents to criminally handle those who have organized the use of drugs and impose administrative fines for cases of illegal use of narcotics.
