At that time, there were many children lying on their lunch break and there were 2 female teachers in the camera. In it, a female teacher coaxed a boy to sleep but couldn’t, so he went out. Minutes later, the female teacher returned with a black plastic bag and draped it over the child’s head, then hit her ass.

After being posted, the clip received many angry and negative comments from the public for the female teacher in the clip. Regarding the incident, on the morning of May 16, Mr. Vu Quoc Long – Head of Education Department and Training Tran Yen district, Yen Bai province said that the above clip was recorded by the camera of a private kindergarten in Nhan Nghia village, Bao Dap commune, Tran Yen district at noon on May 14.

The Department of Education and Training has cooperated with Bao Dap Commune People’s Committee to establish a working group with children and families. Through the working session, the initial cause was determined because the child “braided” the teacher, refused to take a nap, the teacher used a black plastic bag with the purpose of blocking light from entering the eyes, helping the child to sleep.

When the child refused to sleep, the teacher was afraid of waking the other children in the class, so she went out, and the child also followed her out to play.

According to Mr. Long, also on the morning of May 16, the Department of Education and Training and the People’s Committee of Bao Dap Commune held a meeting of parents to ask for opinions on this case and to review and handle the teacher’s behavior.
