Conspiracy to harm her husband with child pornography
AmericaLacey Hucks teamed up with friend Angel Moore to capture 857 images of child sexual abuse on the dark web and save it in Lacey’s husband’s old phone.
The two planned to trap Lacey’s husband and began collecting images last December, according to the May 2 testimony.
On April 18, Lacey and Angel reported the husband to the police and provided the old phone. Angel testified that she witnessed her husband Lacey watching child pornography at home.
The husband was immediately arrested and released overnight. Investigators began to suspect the story of the two women, in part because the phone the husband was using did not have similar images. The police interrogated the two and quickly learned that it was an elaborate hoax to give Lacey an advantage in the upcoming custody battle.
The husband said he had not seen the old phone since October or November last year, but did not think much because it was not an important phone and did not have a SIM card.

Lacey is the one who came up with the plan, used to “rehearse” with you before proceeding. Angel admitted that she had never been to Lacey’s husband’s home and had never seen him watch child pornography. Angel said he joined the conspiracy because he thought he was helping you.
Both were charged with collusion and willful misrepresentation. Lacey also faces charges of possessing child pornography.
