Hunting for the man who slashed and killed people in Vu Quang National Park

On the morning of May 16, Mr. Nguyen Danh Ky, Director of Vu Quang National Park, confirmed that on the evening of May 15, at the forest protection shack belonging to this unit, a tragic murder had just happened. The victim is Mr. Le Viet H. (born in 1980, living in Vu Quang town, Vu Quang district, Ha Tinh province).

According to initial information, around 20:00 on May 15, while playing at the forest protection shack, Sub-zone 156 – Vu Quang National Park ranger, Mr. H. was suddenly attacked by Nguyen Hong Son (living in the forest) Huong Minh commune, Vu Quang district) rushed in with a knife and stabbed many times in the body.

Mr. H. was seriously injured and was discovered by everyone and taken to the hospital for emergency treatment, but because his injuries were too severe, he later died. After committing the crime, Son fled into the forest.

It is known that in 2021, Son was hired by Vu Quang National Park to be a forest guard, but in 2022, he did not sign an employment contract.

The functional forces are blocking the scene, organizing to arrest Son.
