In the opposite direction, according to the Ministry of Finance, total state budget balance expenditure in April is estimated at 132,800 billion VND. Accumulated spending in the first 4 months of the year reached VND 470,200 billion (equivalent to 26.3% of the estimate, up 2.4% over the same period in 2021). In which, development investment expenditure is estimated at 95,700 billion VND; interest payment is estimated at 33,800 billion dong; recurrent expenditure is estimated at 340,200 billion VND.
