Live streamer while driving a car, causing 1 death ‘without a driver’s license’
Ms. Ngo Thi Thuong, 40 years old, driving a car on the road in Lam Dong collided with a motorbike and an electric bicycle, causing a female student to fall and die without a driver’s license.
On May 16, a source from VietNamNet said that Ms. Thuong – the driver of the car that caused the accident that caused the death of a 10th grade female student did not have a driver’s license. “This woman is said to be livestreaming while driving, so not observing leads to not being able to handle the situation of a collision,” the source said.
Previously, on May 12, at the intersection between April 30 and Pham Ngoc Thach Street, Da Teh town, a 25-year-old young man collided with a 10th grade female student riding an electric bicycle.

At this time, Ms. Thuong, who drove a 4-seat car with Lam Dong license plate on Provincial Road 721, arrived at this location and is said to have livestreamed while driving for about 10 minutes, did not observe and did not have time to handle the situation. Traffic happened in front, ran over a 10th-grade female student while falling on the street, causing the victim’s death.
Currently, Da Teh District Police continue to investigate the case.
