However, compared with this number is still small compared to more than 215 million doses of Covid-19 vaccine injected (as of May 10). Only counting people over 18 years old receiving 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine is more than 71 million doses (equivalent to 71 million people who have been vaccinated with Covid-19 vaccine eligible for acute treatment). vaccine passport).

In addition, the first injection for children from 12 to 17 years old is more than 17 million doses; 1st dose for children from 5 to under 12 years old is nearly 1.9 million doses…

At the same time, the process of e-signing and issuing vaccine passports to people has also been conducted for more than 1 month (from April 8), but there are still millions of doses of vaccine that have not been “cleaned”, with many errors. .

3 cases of wrong data cannot be provided vaccine passport

According to the Ministry of Health, there are 3 cases where information on incorrect injections needs to be updated, amended and supplemented, including:

– No ID card number/Citizen ID card (CCCD)

– Wrong format of ID/CCCD number

– Wrong basic personal information such as: ID card/CCCD number, full name, date of birth, gender.

In order to urgently “clean up” information on injections, in order to facilitate the issuance of vaccines, the Ministry of Health has sent an official dispatch to the People’s Committees of provinces and cities across the country; units under the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Health, ministries and sectors on guiding the process of “cleaning” Covid-19 vaccine vaccination data.

The Ministry of Health suggested that provinces and cities must complete “cleaning” of Covid-19 vaccine vaccination data before June 1, 2022.

At the same time, the Ministry of Health asked the People’s Committees of provinces and cities to direct the vaccination facilities in the area to strictly follow the instructions of the Ministry of Health on signing and certifying. vaccine passport according to documents No. 1908/IT-BYT and 1975/IT-BYT.

Process of “cleaning” vaccination data for issuance vaccine passport

According to the Ministry of Health, the Project 06 implementation working group of the provinces and cities is responsible for directing the implementation of “cleaning” of Covid-19 vaccine vaccination data according to the following process:

1. The working group implementing Project 06 at commune/ward level directs the Health Station to make a list of Covid-19 vaccination subjects residing in the area with incorrect information.

2. The working group on implementation of Project 06 at commune/ward level assigned the Working Group to implement Project 06 at village/hamlet level to review, supplement and adjust information. The list is then transferred to the commune/ward police station to collate, verify, update and supplement information in the national population database.

3. Commune/ward police sign and hand over the list to the Health Station to store, update and supplement subject information on the Covid-19 Immunization Management Platform.

4. The Health Station updates information for subjects on the Covid-19 Immunization Management Platform:

– For the cases where the object does not have a CCCD/CMND number or the CCCD/CMND number is wrong, the system allows importing the list from an Excel format file (Using the Import function of Covid-19 injectable objects). ).

– In case of incorrect personal information, it is necessary to edit directly on the Covid-19 Immunization Management Platform.

After updating information, staff of the Health Station use the function of making a list to verify information to see the results.

5. Daily vaccination facilities must check and sign for certification vaccine passport.

6. Immunization establishments affiliated to the Ministry of Health, health ministries and branches, and vaccination establishments at provincial and district levels shall sign for certification. vaccine passport does not have to perform verification and cleaning of Covid-19 vaccination data.
