At that time, a tiger truck (with unknown number plate) carrying sand circulated on road 36 in the direction of Nghia Dan district – Hoang Mai town. When coming to the area of hamlet 5, Quynh Vinh commune (Hoang Mai town), suddenly lost control and collided with a tractor (unknown BKS) circulating in the opposite direction.
Not stopping, the sand truck continued to collide with 2 cars carrying BKS 37A – 435.xx and 37A-534.xx and another motorbike; This vehicle only stopped when it plunged into the field next to road 36 and overturned.
