Crowned as the 1st runner-up of the Miss Vietnam 2020 contest, Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh has made beauty fans pay attention to her by the aura of beauty knowledge and kindness. She said: “I am fortunate to receive the school’s highest scholarship of 50% – equivalent to 300 million VND – for the entire study program in 1.5 years. Since the Miss International contest has been postponed for another year, I will devote all of my upcoming time to my studies.”
