However, Dr. Tung said that young scientists still face many difficulties in accessing the topic because Vietnam currently does not have a national science and technology development fund dedicated to the young generation of researchers at this stage. early career. Research orders from private companies are not many, research machinery and equipment is limited, documents are less invested, foreign languages ​​are difficult. “There are still many difficulties for young foreign scientists returning home to dedicate themselves to finding a suitable working position,” said Dr. Luc.

Engineer Phan Huynh Lam (35 years old), currently represents the technology company Innodisk in Vietnam.
