At about 3pm on May 16, after a loud noise, some locals discovered a “death hole” appeared in Na Tong field, Ban Cong hamlet, Chau Hong commune (Quy Hop district, Nghe An province) ).

Through observation, the death pit is nearly 20m deep, the crater is about 2m wide, extremely dangerous. The incident was immediately reported to the local authorities.

The appearance of the death pit made people confused and worried.

After discovering the incident, Chau Hong Commune People’s Committee reported to Quy Hop District People’s Committee. The functional force immediately erected warning signs, tied ropes, forbidding curious people to come and see to ensure safety.
