Responding to the press, Mr. Vuong Van Bang, Director of the Department of Education and Training, said that the education sector is urgently coordinating with authorities, localities and parents to handle the above behavior of the teacher. The Department of Education and Training will report to the Provincial People’s Committee and propose a solution.

The Tran Yen Department of Education and Training must report to the Department of Education and Training and the People’s Committee of Tran Yen district before May 18, 2022 to clarify the incident of preschool teachers violating teacher ethics.

At the same time, the Department of Education and Training must review, direct and guide preschool educational institutions, especially non-public preschool educational institutions, to strictly implement the care, nurturing and education of children. According to documents issued by the Department on child care and education in preschool institutions: Thematic plan “Strengthening prevention and combat of child abuse in preschool educational institutions”, Decree No. 80 /2017/ND-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government on a safe, healthy, friendly educational environment, prevention and control of school violence.

Yen Bai Department of Education and Training also asked the People’s Committee of Tran Yen district to direct the authorities to clarify the responsibilities of teachers and Bong Sen Children’s Group, Bao Dap commune. At the same time, take timely and strict handling measures if detecting signs of violations of regulations on ethics and responsibilities of teachers and owners of private children’s groups.
