At dawn on January 30, 2020, Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong drove a Mercedes from the basement of building 108 Hong Ha (Tan Binh district) to Hoang Minh Giam intersection (Phu Nhuan district).

Previously, at the first instance trial, the People’s Court of Phu Nhuan district sentenced Nguyen Tran Hoang Phong to 7 years and 6 months in prison, forced to pay 1.4 billion VND to the victim, Nguyen Thi Bich Huong, and more than 400 million VND to his family.
