ChinaThe crossover that appeared in the East Asian country could be a preview version of the new generation CR-V for the rest of the markets.
The sixth generation of the C-size crossover was introduced by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), showing the entire exterior design before its launch this year. The CR-V e:HEV is the only one in Europe, where Honda has electrified the entire lineup. The North American market will have both internal combustion engine versions as well as hybrid versions, with Honda sharing the same proportions for both product lines.
CR-V sold in China is 4,703 mm long, 1,866 mm wide and 1,680 or 1,690 mm high depending on the version. Compared to the current generation, the new generation is 80 mm longer and 11 mm wider, the height remains the same. The wheelbase has also increased by 41 mm, at 2,710 mm, which means more interior space.

Like the new Civic, the center console of the CR-V 2023 is mainly composed of horizontal lines. Vehicles equipped with the new generation Honda Sensing safety package, with advanced driver assistance technology ADAS.
