No need to eat late or skip meals, this type of dinner is easy to cause a stroke, many young people do it

Your lifestyle choices and how you take care of yourself can affect your health and life. The timing of dinner also plays a role in stroke risk factors. Know well to keep yourself out of the danger zone.

A study published in the journal Nutrients looked at the relationship between the timing of dinner and the risk of having a stroke. Study participants were divided into 3 groups: Those who ate dinner early (before 8 p.m.), those who ate dinner erratically, and those who ate dinner late (after 8 p.m.).

Those who ate dinner at erratic times, early in the morning, later in the day, had an increased risk of dying from a hemorrhagic stroke – when blood vessels inside the skull are ruptured and blood flows into the brain.

“We found that compared with eating dinner before 8 p.m., the habit of having dinner at erratic times was associated with an increased risk of death from hemorrhagic stroke,” the researchers wrote. To our knowledge, this is the first study to investigate an association between dinner time and risk of cardiovascular death.”

The study authors also found that both being overweight and having dinner at the wrong time increased these risks.

You are more likely to have a stroke if you are over 55 years old, according to the NHS. In fact, one in four people who have a stroke is under the age of 55, so it’s important to know the signs of the condition, even if you think you’re too young to worry.

Stroke can be prevented by living a healthy lifestyle, quitting smoking, reducing alcohol consumption, exercising, and eating well. But this is not entirely preventable because stroke is linked to a person’s family history, ethnicity and medical history. The FAST method (Face (face), Arms (hand), Speech (Speech), Time (time) – is the easiest way to remember the common symptoms of a stroke:

1. Face – Face is out of balance, or drooping on one side of the mouth. It can be checked by having the patient sit up straight and then observing or asking the patient to smile, grin…

2. Arm – Weak hands. You can check if one of the patient’s arms is weak or paralyzed by asking the patient to raise both arms and legs evenly, if the side is weaker, or fall first indicates a condition. paralyze.

3. Speech – Abnormal language. If you don’t speak fluently, your voice “distorts” or you can’t speak, it is an abnormal sign.

4.Time – Time to call an ambulance. If a person has these 3 signs at the same time, the risk of stroke is very high, it is necessary to call for advice immediately and quickly take them to the nearest medical facility capable of treating stroke.

In addition to the typical signs above, there are some other signs to watch out for, including:

– Sudden weakness or paralysis on one side of the body, including a leg, hand, or foot.

Difficulty using words or speaking clearly. Sudden blurred vision or loss of vision in one or both eyes.

Sudden loss of memory or confusion and dizziness or sudden falls.

– Sudden severe headache.

Finding help right away for someone who has had a stroke is important because it can have long-term effects. This condition causes part of the brain to stop working, lack of oxygen, thereby causing long-term difficulties with speech, memory, concentration, spatial awareness and many other problems.
