“Just last month, my friend just sold 2 beachfront villas in Bai Chay (Quang Minh) to a tourist here. The price of each apartment is over 30 billion VND. After selling 2 apartments, Ms. My friend has money to buy a car,” said Nhung.

Some people even sell dozens of adjacent plots of land, after selling, customers send them to sell, and eat the difference. If you have a plot of land that goes back and forth about a dozen times, it’s normal for commissions up to hundreds or billions of dollars.

In addition to revenue pressure, real estate project salespeople also face pressures of income, or having to move a lot. “There are many times when companies race to open and sell land plots for coastal projects. We have to go continuously to find out about the plot of land about the project’s information and also advise customers. As for Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – a real estate sales professional specializing in Vinhome projects, it is not uncommon to “have an occupational accident” with a young “soldier” who has just entered the profession.

That time lost billions of money. Fortunately, after many years of fighting, now Mr. Thanh’s assets are up to tens of billions of dong. He built a villa in the countryside, bought a luxury car and invested in a few more plots of land in Phu Quoc.

“In addition to knowledge, experience, tricks, procedures, legal… people who sell real estate also need to have bravery. Because if they don’t have the courage, they don’t take risks to invest but just sell. then forever accept the income enough to drink iced tea”, a Thanh shared.
