The house has a one-storey structure, a mezzanine with three bedrooms, on a construction area of 186m2.
Because the house is located in a low-lying area, the architect designed the floor and steps to be quite high from the ground to prevent water from entering the house when there is heavy rain.
Around the house is a vacant lot, the owner intends to plant a variety of fruit trees and flowers to create a relaxing space for family members, as well as make room for the children to play and explore.
The doors and windows are designed in positions to receive sunlight and wind so that the house can circulate air in the best way.
The highlight of the house is the circular window, like a vent. However, the essence of this round window is the cross ventilation system that keeps the house warm in winter and cool in summer.
The large windows are mainly north facing to capture a lot of natural light. The south side of the house has few windows and the windows are all set at high thresholds to combat the heat gain of the sun.
The living room, kitchen and dining room are connected to each other on the first floor, mainly wooden furniture to add warmth to the house. In the dining area, an open wall is designed to keep the air cool.
From the living room, there will be concrete stairs leading up to the bedrooms on the mezzanine floor. According to the architect, the house is a unique architectural style, extremely close to nature.
