How does Minh Nghi feel when holding the role of MC at the region’s largest Sports Arena?

– I was extremely excited when e-sports, especially League of Legends: Wild Rift, participated in the medal competition at SEA Games 31. Right from the beginning of March, I planned to prepare for the tournament. knowledge, apparel… for regional sporting events. Also because the preparations were carried out quite early, I did not feel too nervous or afraid. In particular, I am more confident by the strength of the Vietnamese team in this arena.

SEA Games 31 is the first time Wild Rift has been included in the medal competition of e-Sports. Minh Nghi once affirmed that Vietnam Wild Rift is the strongest in the region and almost certainly won the gold medal. This has become a reality. However, in the process of witnessing the teams compete in this tournament, has that belief ever been shaken?

– I was a bit worried because the Thai team had a good performance in the group stage. However, because I have been with you for so long, I understand the strength of the Vietnamese team and still keep 100% confidence in their ability. What impressed me most about the team at this SEA Games was the achievement of not losing a single game. They were very focused and played well.

Is playing at home the advantage of the Vietnamese team in this tournament?

– Being able to play at home will of course be an advantage for any team, especially after the period of so few theatrical events in the past year. However, the organizers and the audience cheered and enthusiastically supported all the teams participating in the Men’s Team event of Wild Rift.

Besides the host country, which Wild Rift team in the region impressed Minh Nghi the most?

– That’s the Singapore team. The first reason is because I have a few friends who play and work here, In addition, they have played at a very high level, prepared a lot of surprise bans and picks, and achieved unexpected results when successfully avenge the Malaysian team (SEM9) at the tournament.

Despite strong growth in recent years, eSports is still not a subject that is emphasized at major sports events, with not many public audiences mentioning it. Does Minh Nghi see that as a disadvantage for the players?

– After the Wild Rift National Team brought home the first gold medal for the country’s esports at the Southeast Asian Games, I believe that Vietnam’s e-sports in general and especially Speed War will enter a new chapter. Indeed, things have gradually changed, everyone can see that the esports views at the SEA Games are no less than that of top sports such as football, volleyball, etc.

How did Minh Nghi come to League of Legends: Wild Rift and why did you decide to stick with this job?

– I have been with League of Legends for a while and when Wild Rift was launched in Vietnam, I had the opportunity to try new challenges in my career. Currently, I am the Host (organizer and host) of the analysis desk in Wild Rift tournaments.

It must be added that Wild Rift is a very new subject. We’ve done a lot of work to fix the shortcomings, bring a game as attractive, interesting and quality as possible for gamers.

Possessing beautiful beauty also seems to be an advantage of Minh Nghi when pursuing this job?

– Personally, I don’t think that my appearance is an advantage, on the contrary, I feel I am a bit inferior compared to my colleagues. However, I still believe that with passion and effort, everyone will be properly recognized.

Minh Nghi’s husband is also a famous person in the online community. How does he support and support Minh Nghi at work?

– Mr. Hai is very understanding and willing to share with me many difficult problems at work. That’s something I really appreciate. After getting married, currently, my time spent at work has not changed too much. At least for the next one to two years, I will still try to improve myself and conquer new challenges with the Wild Rift community.
